Terms of Service

I have the right to decline a commission esp to those who want something I'm unable to create or if the commissioner becomes troublesome.
My works are nonrefundable, but changes can be made to insure commissioners satisfaction.
My works, even if paid, shall not be used for AI art, NFT's, or merchandise.
Using commissioned work you did not pay for as a pfp or banner is prohibited unless the person asked the commissioner.
The commissioner has full rights to their piece once finished.Depending on how complicated the piece is, or your place in the queue, a commission can take up to 1-2 weeks or 2-3 months. (A full piece, esp with added characters, will take 2 spaces in the queue). Due to my disability I will be unable to work some days, so patience is key.Commissioner must provide a ref of the character(s) and a description of what they want their piece to look like or have. Once the commissioner paid for their piece their request will be added to the commission queue. A rough concept sketch will be provided and the commissioner can request any changes, if approved I will continue to work on the piece and send in another WIP, if the second WIP is approved the piece will go on to be completed. Commissioner will be asked if they want me to post their piece online as well. (NSFW pieces won't be public)
